She was predeceased by: her parents, James Henry Aylor and Missie Mae Weakley Aylor; her husband William Franklin "Frank" Corbin; and her siblings, William Ray Edwards, Buddy Harrison Edwards, Jerry Granville Edwards, Claude Winfrey Edwards and Thelma Mae Edwards Dodson.
She is survived by: her children, Sue Corbin Embree (James) and Eric T. Corbin (Michelle); her grandchildren, Katie Rose (Bryan), Michelle Embree, Andrew Beach, Emma Corbin and Amelia Corbin; and her great grandchildren, Franklin Rose and Henry Rose.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Bethel Baptist Church (5401 Watts Passage, Charlottesville, VA 22911).
