She was predeceased by: her parents, Ethel Mae Jenkins (Howell) and Freddie William Jenkins; her daughter Robin Kelly Whitlock Smith; and her brothers, William Ralph Jenkins, William Garfield Jenkins, Freddie Magruder Jenkins and Lindsay Webb Jenkins.
She is survived by: her husband David Alan Behrendt; her daughter Haley Jean Whitlock Gyory (Steven); her stepdaughters, Lindsey Wangsgard (Jared) and Shelly Tanks (Tony); her grandchildren, Meredith Robin Gyory, Luke Whitlock Gyory, Elizabeth Morgan Whitlock Smith, Jared Ryder Wangsgard, Joel Ryan Wangsgard and Jasper Rhys Wangsgard; and her siblings, Mary Anne Kline (Jenkins), Marjorie Mae Marston (Jenkins), Deborah Christine Saunders (Jenkins), Russell Ashley Jenkins, Wayne Eugene Jenkins, Douglas Carson Jenkins and Sidney Allen Jenkins (Evelyn). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Clore-English Funeral Home (11190 James Monroe Hwy, Culpeper, VA 22701). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Culpeper National Cemetery (305 U. s. Ave, Culpeper, VA 22701).
