He is survived by: his wife Marion (Judy); his children, Thomas Agnew (Arvaneda), Cindy Agnew White (Leteak) and Tiffany Ruffner Jackson (Michael); his grandchildren, London, Jaylen, Jeremiah, Jonah and Kyheim; his great grandchild Camila; his siblings, Marvin Ruffner of Ruckersville, VA, Mary Elizabeth Banks of Leon, VA., Kathleen Davis of Waynesboro, VA. and Christine Waters of Maryland; and his nephew Ray Ruffner. He is also survived by his uncle often; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
