He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul and Sara; and his siblings, Paul and Rochelle. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; and his children, Tom Crow (Maria), Cathy Caldwell (Ben) and Rebecca Gallagher (Billy). He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Culpeper National Cemetery (501 E Chandler St, Culpeper, VA 22701). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. Stephen's Episcopal Church (115 N East St, Culpeper, VA 22701).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Culpeper Food Closet (P.O. Box 343 Culpeper, VA 22701), a ministry of St. Stephen's Episcopal Church, in Evan's memory — supporting a cause close to his heart and a ministry where he devoted much of his time.
