He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellwood McCellan Giarth, Sr. and Marian Reffner Walker; and his daughter Victoria Burch. He is survived by: his son Michael Giarth; his sister Denise Hartless (Robert); and his sibling's children, Robert Hartless, Jr. and Jennifer R. Montgomery.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Found and Sons Funeral Chapels & Cremation Service (850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA 22701).
