He is survived by: his wife Harlean Smoot; and his children, Bucky Smoot and Nadine Bulmer.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Clore-English Funeral Home (11190 James Monroe Hwy, Culpeper, VA 22701). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Culpeper United Methodist Church (1233 Oaklawn Dr, Culpeper, VA 22701). A committal service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Fairview Cemetery (822 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA 22701).
