He was predeceased by: his parents, Josephine Passmore, and George Franklin Passmore, Sr.; his son David Passmore; his granddaughter Rachael; and his sisters, Ruth Swartz and Lillian Rice.
He is survived by: his wife Laura Seekman Passmore; his children, Traci Sue Passmore (Keith) and Dennis Franklin Passmore (Robyn); his grandchildren, Tara (Jason), Crew, Brian (Michelle), Erika (Tyler), Lisa (Drew), Samantha (Jackson) and Melissa (Marcus); his sister Doris Wandling; his stepdaughter Daphne Ryczko (David); and his stepgrandson Jason Ryczko. He is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, May 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Culpeper National Cemetery (501 E Chandler St, Culpeper, VA 22701).
