He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Wilson Hoffman Sr. and Louise Pritchett Hoffman; and his brothers, Loyce "Woody" Hoffman and Carvey "Sonny" Hoffman. He is survived by: his wife Mary Alice Atkins Hoffman; his children, Dana Marie Kennedy (Dale) and Gregory Wayne Hoffman (Erin); his granddaughters, Caymon Clemons, Savanah Williams (Trevis) and Chloe'Hoffman; his great grandchildren, Ivy and Emery Williams; and his sisters, Faye Jenkins and Joyce Grady. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Found and Sons Funeral Chapels & Cremation Service (850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA 22701). A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Culpeper Volunteer Rescue Squad in Jack's memory.
