He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Wilson Hoffman Sr. and Louise Pritchett Hoffman; and his brothers, Loyce "Woody" Hoffman and Carvey "Sonny" Hoffman. He is survived by: his wife Mary Alice Atkins Hoffman; his children, Dana Marie Kennedy (Dale) and Gregory Wayne Hoffman (Erin); his granddaughters, Caymon Clemons, Savanah Williams (Trevis) and Chloe'Hoffman; his great grandchildren, Ivy and Emery Williams; and his sisters, Faye Jenkins and Joyce Grady. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
