He was predeceased by: his parents, John Miller and Helen Miller; and his siblings, Mary Alice and John. He is survived by: his spouse Mauricette Antoinette Pasquier; his sister Helen Jane; his sisters-in-law, Bernadette and Odette; and his grandchildren, Jenniffer, Christopher, Colby and Kayla. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.

A memorial service was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Clore-English Funeral Home (11190 James Monroe Hwy, Culpeper, VA 22701).
