She was predeceased by: her father Lewis Winfield Scott Blankenship; her husband Clyde Lewis Edwards; her son Barry Edwards; and her grandsons, Douglas Keith Edwards II and Cody Daniel Yowell.
She is survived by: her mother Mary Algeria Dowdle Blankenship; her sons, Clyde "Mutt" Edwards Jr. (Kim), Douglas Edwards (Tiffany), Tim Edwards (Alessa) and Scott Edwards (Christy); her brothers, Lewis Blankenship (Linda), Roy Blankenship and Edward "Dooble" Blankenship (Linda); and her son David Edwards. She is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren; fifty great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
