We bid farewell to Lisa Ann Vealey of Culpeper, Virginia, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 19, 2025 at the age of 57. Lisa Ann touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Gene Resner and Shirley A. Corbin; her grandmother Alice Conner; her aunts, Goldie Cook and Lois Conner; and her uncle Ben Cook.
She is survived by: her husband Dwain Allen Vealey; her sisters, Alice Holt (Davis) of Glenn Dale, MD and Samantha Ewens (Andrew) of Cary, NC; her parents-in-law, Betty and Sam Compton of Culpeper, VA; her brother-in-law Jason Vealey (Jennifer) of Culpeper, VA; her siblings' children, Briana Vealey, Julie Holt, Kendall Breeden, Amelia Holt, Joshua Holt, Adrian Ewens and Drake Vealey; and her great-nephew Camden Breeden.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. Luke's Lutheran Church (1100 N Main St, Culpeper, VA 22701). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Lisa was a devoted member of St. Luke's Church, a lifelong supporter of the Girl Scouts of America, and a dedicated wish-granter with the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
