He was predeceased by: his parent Merle Grethen Pugh. He is survived by: his siblings, Marvin (Sandy), Judy, John (Kaye) and Danny; his daughters, Crystal Singh and Mandy Rea; his grandchildren, Depey, Little Mason and Little Earl; and his nephews, Steve, Timmy and Chris.
A committal service will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Culpeper National Cemetery (501 E Chandler St, Culpeper, VA 22701).
