He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Roosevelt Hackley, Sr. and Mary Belle Hackley. He is survived by: his children, Angela Pullen and Michael L. Hall of Culpeper, VA; his sisters, Mary Reaves Morgan (Joseph) of Washington, DC and Rose Marie Hackley of Glen Allen, VA; his aunt Barbara (Elfonza Williams) of Alexandria, VA; and his siblings' children, Shannon, Sterling O'Neal Hayes of Glen Allen, VA and Joseph Timothy Morgan, Jr. of Washington, DC.. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Antioch Baptist Church (202 S West St, Culpeper, VA 22701). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
