He was predeceased by: his parents, John Joseph Horrigan and Ruth Virginia Caswell; and his brother John Joseph Horrigan, Jr. (Jack). He is survived by: his sisters, Bonnie Thompson of Bend and Patti Allen of Virginia Beach. He is also survived by 4 nephews and 4 nieces.
