He is survived by: his wife Sarah Thompson Fowler; his brother Charles Fowler (Doris Ann Fowler) of Lewisburg, TN; his stepdaughters, Ciara Clark Spears of Portsmouth, VA and Samantha M. Burgamy of Orange, VA.; his grandchildren, DeShun Spears (Sharonnda), Cameron Spears (Ar'Mone), Rashard Spears, Cayla Spears, Allison, Leah, Hazel Simmons, Hunter Burgamy and Hayden Burgamy; and his great grandchildren, Jamarri Spears, Jayce Spears, Jamere Spears, Journee Spears, Nylah Spears and Ava Spears.
