With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rose Ann Miles of Culpeper, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 13, 2025 at the age of 63. Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Rose Ann leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Leonard Dwyer and Ruby Ann Gore Dwyer; her husband Elmore Miles; and her siblings, Jeff Leonard Dwyer and Daisey Mae Dwyer Bailey.
She is survived by: her sister Donna Dwyer Holt (Wayne).
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Found and Sons Funeral Chapels & Cremation Service (850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA 22701).
