He is survived by: his wife Sue Ottinger Bullock; his son Camden Ludwig Bullock of Fredericksburg, VA; his sister Gale Kravitz of Herndon, VA; his brother-in-law Lester "Butch" Ottinger (Judy) of Atlanta, GA; and his pets, Max and Maddie.
