She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Payne and Frances Payne of Boston, VA.. She is survived by: her siblings, Beverly Sturm (Philip), Sandra Brown, Patricia Payne, Wayne Payne (Brenda) and Francis Payne (Barb); and her aunts, Phyllis Yancey of Culpeper and Barbara Hudson of Richmond.
