Walter Carl Arrington Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Walter Carl Arrington of Culpeper, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 13, 2026 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Arrington and Mildred Arrington; and his siblings, Opal Frantz, Bud Arrington and David Holbrook.
He is survived by: his wife Frances L. Arrington; his sons, Michael Arrington (Lisa), Mark Arrington (Laura) and Gary Arrington (Rosiland); and his brothers, Phillip Holbrook, Kenneth Holbrook and Roger Holbrook. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 4 great- great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:50 AM at the Clore-English Funeral Home (11190 James Monroe Hwy, Culpeper, VA 22701). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hospice of the Piedmont, hopva.org.
