He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie C. Smith, Sr. and Edith Smith (White); and his wife Louella Smith. He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Stuart and Teresa Jones of Culpeper; and his brother Sam Smith. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren, as well as five brothers, one sister, and numerous nieces and nephews.
