He is survived by: his wife Elaine Toth; his children, Jason Toth of Durham, Dustin Toth (Heather) of Chesterfield, Virginia and Allison Hadra (Jonathan) of Norfolk, Virginia; and his stepchildren, Traci Ritt of Powhatan, Virginia and Russ Messick (Sheri) of Lexington. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren as well as 3 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
