He was predeceased by: his wife Marcia Parnell. He is survived by: his daughter Jessie Parnell (Daniel Coley); his granddaughter Leah Coley; his sister Martha Gardner (Russell); and his girlfriend Melinda Osborne. He is also survived by Many nieces and nephews and great friends.
