He was predeceased by : his mother Lorna Parker Lowe; and his brothers, Jimmy "Jim" Lowe, Navy of Lowe's Garage and Jim. He is survived by : his father John Edward "Jackie"; his grandson Asher; his children, Kelly and Cassie; his wife Barbara Lowe; his children, Ryan Holloway (Cassie) and Nicole Widener (Kelly); his grandson Blake Widener; his nieces, Katlyne Eller and Halie Garrett; his pet Gunner; and his caregivers, Audrey, Joy Cole, Margie Bowling, Julie Conroy, Lisa Mullins and Jay Robinson.

A funeral service was held on Monday, May 13th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial Park.
