He is survived by: his wife Debra Fowlkes Payne; his daughters, Stephanie Lauren Payne Lordi (Antonio) and Sarah Elizabeth Payne; his granddaughters, Rosetta Charlotte and Beatrice Iolanda Lordi; his sister Terri Payne Shoecraft (Bruce); his nephews, Robert Bruce Shoecraft (Lesile) and Joseph Austin Shoecraft (Jamie); his niece Julia Thomas Shoecraft (Garett); his cousins, Carol Gatewood Ballin and Susan Everett Corley; his friend Kenneth Merricks; and his cousin Lynn Everett Hall.
