She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Childress Scearce and Edward Lee Scearce Sr.. She is survived by: her son Kenny Reynolds (Candace) of Chesapeake, VA; her stepchildren, Elizabeth Hicks Fogel of Lexington, NC and Robert Hicks (Megan) of Sparta, NC; her siblings, John "Johnny" Scearce of Danville, VA, Edward L. Scearce Jr. (Lea) of South Carolina, James T. Scearce II (Wanda) of Chatham, VA, Jeff C. Scearce (Tera) of Florida, Jack V. Scearce of Danville, VA, Vickie S. Towler of Danville, VA and Sue S. Jones (David) of Danville, VA; and her grandchildren, Abrahm Reynolds, Nolan Reynolds, Samuel Reynolds, Alessandra Soler, Olivia Brohm, Sophia Brohm, Kaitlan Hicks, Clara Hicks, Laken Billings, Riley Mooneyham and Harper Hicks. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family members.
