She is survived by: her sons, Elvis Phelps (Inez) of Chatham, VA and Freddie Lee Phelps (Trinnette) of Danville, VA; her sisters, Mary Huffine and Ollie Miller (Robin); her granddaughters, Carolyn Phelps (Thomas), Natasha Gasser (Daniel) and Sally Meadows; and her great grandchild Joseph "Bentlee" Brandon.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Norris Funeral Home's Mt. Hermon Chapel (3995 Franklin Turnpike, Danville, VA 24540). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
