She was predeceased by: her parents, Lacy Whorley and Haggie Boothe Whorley; her husband Eugene Blalock; her children, Kathy Booth and Mike Blalock; her siblings, Pauline Blalock, Margaret Whorley, Iva Guilliams and Roger Whorley; and her grandson Eric Lewis.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela B. Lewis and Randy Blalock; her sisters, Jo Cox and Jane Peters; and her grandchildren, Isaiah Booth, Mike Blalock, Lacy Blalock, Beth Blalock, Alex Booth, Stephen Lewis and Carla Blalock.
