She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph McDaniel and Lula Hyler McDaniel; her former husband Woodrow Wilson; and her siblings, Loveta Freeman, Eva Hardy, Alma Earles, Louise Wilson, Ola Broome, Irvin McDaniel, Otha McDaniel and Eldred McDaniel. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
