He was predeceased by: his parents, Young George Washington Calloway and Elosie Frances Elliott Calloway; his wife Sallie Belle Towler Calloway; and his siblings, George Murial Calloway, Evon Francis Calloway Gosney and Nettie Faye Calloway Bailey.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas Calloway (Belinda), George Calloway (Debra Yeaman), Brenda Calloway Walker (L. C.) and Michael Calloway (Terri). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; three step great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
