She was predeceased by: her parents, Menla Hammock Talbard and James Talbard; her husband Wilson; her daughter Fran Page Jones; her grandson Ben Vaughan; her sons-in-law, Larry Haulsee, Bill Capell and Jimmy Jones; and her siblings, Helen Guill, Minnie Lynch, Dora Walton, Thomas, Hughes, Ervin and Edward Talbard.
She is survived by: her children, Robin Page Haulsee of Mint Hill, NC, Deb Capell of Black Mountain, NC, Connie Vaughan (Steve) of Chesterfield, VA, Pat Clark (Ken) of Ooltewah, TN, Jan Taylor (Steve) of Tobaccoville, NC and Rick Davis (Denise) of Catlett, VA; her sister Virginia Rice; and her grandchildren, Page, Megan, Ryan, Eric, Keith, Curtis, Chris, Nick, Nathan, Joseph, Bailey and Hamilton. She is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren.
