He was predeceased by: his father Harry Horsley. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Moore Horsley; his son Christopher Horsley of Harrisonburg, VA; his grandchildren, Rachel Grace, Kelli Wallace and Christen Torres; his stepchildren, Jennifer Stone and Chuck Lynch; and his much loved faithful Yorkie Abby.
