He was predeceased by: his parents, Ophelia Holt Chism and Willie Washington Chism; his sons, Bobby Chism, Jr. and Michael Chism; his grandparents, Lee and Martha Holt; and his aunt Juanita Cook.
He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Doris Chism; his son Hayden Chism (Macy); his grandson Cooper Chism; and his cousin Sandra Baker.
The family has requested that no flowers be delivered to the service. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Pittsylvania Pet Center.
