He was predeceased by: his parents, Zadie Yates Adams and Charlie Watson Adams; and his brother Charlie Watson Adams II. He is survived by: his wife Doris Farris Adams; his brother W. Terry Adams II; and his cousins, Shirley Daniel (John) and Lacy Epperson, Jr. (Bonnie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
