He is survived by: his wife Teresa Ripley Keatts; his children, Patrick Carlton Keatts of Danville, VA, Amy Keatts Hardy (Tim) of Danville, VA and Justin Thomas Keatts of Axton, VA; his grandchildren, Dylan Hardy (Danielle) and Lyric Keatts; his sister Linda Keatts Lipford (Pem) of Danville, VA; and his nieces, Stacey Dalton (Barry), Kristi Ferrell (Robbie) and Gracie Hodges.
