She is survived by: her son James Cifers, Sr. (Debbie); her siblings, Bobby Ratliffe and Gladys Spangler; and her grandchildren, Jim Cifers (Bobbie Jo), Angela Anderson (Jamie) and Crystal Newman (Josh). She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
