She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Carter and Jane Carter; and her brother Eddie Carter. She is survived by: her husband Randy Epps; and her children, Michael Steve Sims Jr., Jessica Brooke Epps and Eddie Lee Epps. She is also survived by four grandsons; and one granddaughter.
