He is survived by: his sons, Charles "Chuck" Ralph Echols, Jr. (Amanda) and Dustin Rodger Echols (Paige); his grandchildren, Corbin, Carsin, Creed, Cade and Andyn; and his siblings, Mark Echols (Renee), Timmy Echols (Terri), Caroline Echols and Julie Myers.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial donations be made to Bachelors Hall Fire Dept.
