He is survived by: his daughter Kniosha Carter (Willie Montague, Jr.) of Newport News, VA; his stepdaughter Takita Carter of Danville, VA; his significant other Gwendolyn Brandon of Danville, VA; his siblings, Sammy Carter and Sylvia Payne of Axton, VA; his sister-in-law Apostle Pamela "Nikki" Pinchbach; his grandchildren, LaMiracle Carter of Danville, VA, Shanieya Wimbush of Newport News, VA, Knaisha Wood of Newport News, VA and Nevaeh Coles of Newport News, VA; his niece Korica Payne; his great-nephew Koryan Payne of Axton, VA; his aunts, Dorothy Carter of Danville, VA and Annie Carter (Phil Carter) of Washington, DC; and his uncle Joe Coles (Mary Jane) of Danville, VA. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
