Meadows Jr. (Lisa) of Haw River, NC and Michael Meadows of Chatham, VA; his brother David Tommy Meadows (Dianne) of Chatham, VA; his grandchildren, Summer Meadows, Madison Meadows, Katelyn Meadows, Breanna Meadows, Brandon Meadows, Mikayla Meadows, Alyssa Meadows and Tyler Burgess; and his great grandchild Preston Bugger.
