Green (Pryor Green) and Virginia E. Coykendall (David Coykendall); his granddaughters, Josie Green and Alice Coykendall; his siblings, Douglas Rorrer and Linda Cox; his nieces, Melissa Weiss (Alex) and Kim White (Skip); and his nephew Taylor Rorrer.
