He is survived by: his wife Patricia Jones Lipscomb; his children, Dale Lipscomb of Upper Marlboro, MD, Sandra Slade of Mebane, NC and Tyron Lipscomb of Upper Marlboro, MD; and his siblings, Carl Lipscomb, Keith Lipscomb, Vincent Lipscomb and Sheila Lipscomb. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.
