He was predeceased by: his mother Norma H. Meyer of Danville. He is survived by: his father William F. Meyer, Jr. of Blackstone, VA.; his sons, David "Davey" Avery Meyer and William 'Will" Marion Meyer of Danville, VA.; and his brothers, Billy Meyer (Sandra) of Dry Fork and Rick Roveta of Dry Fork.
