He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Davis (Donald) of Danville, VA, Karen Womack of Danville, VA, Tiffany Russell of Danville, VA, Robert Trent, Jr. of Danville, VA and Kevin Trent (LaTonga) of Ruffin, NC; his adoptive son Thomas Christopher Keith; and his sisters, Brenda Walton (Fred) of Chatham, VA and Vanessa Allen of Danville, VA. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.

Due to the constraints of public gathering during COVID-19 pandemic, visitation will be held on Sunday, January 31, 2021 from Fisher and Watkins Funeral Home from 4-8 PM with a limit of 10 people at a time only, masks are required.
