Denise Whittle Derham Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Denise Whittle Derham of Danville, Virginia, born in Bennington, Vermont, who passed away on December 5, 2023 at the age of 98. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Denise Whittle Derham to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alice Harte and John Bernard Harte; her siblings, John Bernard Harte II, Marie Jerome, Barbara Harte and Charles Harte; her friend Robert Derham; and her sons, Henry Drewry Whittle, III and Carter Francis Whittle.
She is survived by: her children, Harte Whittle, Sr. (Debi), Murray Whittle (Robin), Blaise D. Whittle and Madison J. R. Whittle (Ann); and her grandchildren, Harte Whittle, Jr., Blair Hodnett (Josh), Mary Kennon Baker (Obediah), Dustin Whittle (Kristina) and Emily Rymer (Taylor). She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
