With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dick Huffman (Danville, Virginia), born in New Castle, Virginia, who passed away on February 15, 2021 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Peck Huffman and Mamie Sue Sublett Huffman. He is survived by: his children, Mitzi Wood (James), Melissa Clarke (Charles), Jeff Huffman (Lisa) and Craig Huffman; his siblings, David Huffman and Nell Ross; and his grandchildren, Brandi Weaver, Raegan Fuller, Megan Weatherford, Michael Wood, Jaime Wood, Jon Wood, Kayla Huffman and Ryan Huffman. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.

The family suggest that memorial donations be made to Tunstall Fire Department at PO Box 575 Danville, VA 24543.
