It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Wayne Davis (Danville, Virginia), who passed away on March 31, 2022, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Shotwell Davis. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Owen Davis; his sons, Kyle Owen (Brittany) of Danville, VA. and Douglas Wayne Davis II of Danville, VA.; his siblings, Bryan Davis and Teresa Wells (Rick); his grandson Jameson Owen; his uncle William Davis; his nephew Jesse Finney (Conner); and his niece Heather Davis.

In lieu of flowers, the family asked that memorial donations be made to Brosville Fire Department and St. Marks Pentecostal Holiness Church.
