He is survived by: his wife Dianne Grubbs Cook; his daughters, Lynne Freeman, Melody Turner (Rodney), Jennifer Amos (Kent), Kimberly Moser (Walter) and Michelle White (Joey); and his grandchildren, Ethan Freeman, Nicholas Freeman, Timmy Stowe, Andrew Baggerly, Jordan Vicks, Jessica Amos, Ethan Moser, Jordan Powell, Addison Powell, Harper White and Collier White. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
