She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Fuller "Earl" Brooks and Lillie Mae Collie Taylor. She is survived by: her spouse Thomas Wayne Mills; her children, Cyndi M. Carter and Darryl Wayne Mills; and her great grandchildren, Scarlett Reynolds, Savannah Bailey, Isabelle King, Maverick and Gracelyn Kraszewski.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial donations be made to Danville-Pittsylvania Cancer Association.
