He is survived by: his wife Christine Young Lewis; his daughter-in-law Pak Young; and his stepdaughters, Vickie Y. Johnson (Mike), Carol J. Hardison and Ann Y. Evans (Wayne). He is also survived by numerous step- grandchildren, numerous step-great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
