She was predeceased by: her parents, Lois Ethel Moxley Brown and Roy Edward Brown; her husband Noble James Keatts; and her siblings, Sherri Anderson, Wayne and Roy Brown.
She is survived by: her son James Keatts (Tamara) of Cascade, VA; her sister Ada Wilson; and her granddaughter Lauren Keatts.
